Wintertime and ugly weather is good for spending time on planning and redesigning old and worn out clothes. This outfit here is made of an old curtain and a jeans, where i cut of the legs, and put it together with part of the curtain. The bag is nearly fully made of the same fabric, and parts of an old cord trousers. The sewing instructions for the bag I found on "burda", great place to look for help, when sewing your own clothes. They offer detailed instructions and patterns for nearly anything as well. The instructions for skirt are coming soon. So have fun by trying out your own versions. :)
